Silk, cashmere, wool, and other fabrics that cannot be machine washed.
Scarves and ties
Silk and wool scarves, neckties, and formal accessories.
Soft furnishings
Cushion covers, throws, and other items with dry-clean-only care labels.
Leather and suede are accepted but take longer β 5 to 7 days. Ask at the counter.

How to check if something needs dry cleaning
Check the care label inside the garment. Look for these symbols:

Common questions
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Prices depend on the item. A standard shirt is around Β£5β8. A suit is Β£15β20. Dresses vary by size and complexity. We tell you the price at the counter before we start β no surprises.
Do you do same-day dry cleaning?
We offer an express service for some items if you drop off before 9am. Ask at the counter when you arrive. Not all items can be done same day.
Can you remove stains?
We treat stains as part of the dry cleaning process. Bring the item in as soon as possible after the stain happens β fresh stains are easier to remove. Tell us at the counter what the stain is so we can use the right treatment.
Do you clean wedding dresses?
Yes. Wedding dresses take 5 to 7 days. We inspect the dress with you when you drop it off and go through any areas of concern. We recommend dropping off as soon as possible after the wedding.
What if my item is damaged?
We inspect every item when you drop it off and note any existing marks or damage. If anything is damaged in our care, we will tell you immediately and work with you to resolve it. We are fully insured.
