For most people in Bristol, dropping off takes 5 minutes and everything is back same day. That is faster and cheaper than waiting 48 hours for a driver. If you need collection at home, we are looking at adding that. Ask at the counter.

What is a service wash?

A service wash means you hand your laundry to us and we handle everything. We separate colours and whites, choose the right wash temperature, dry everything properly, and fold it for you. You drop off a bag of washing and collect a bag of clean clothes.

It costs more than doing it yourself on our machines, but you do not have to stay while it's done. Most people drop off on their way to work and collect on the way back.

We do not accept items that are dry-clean only. If you are unsure, check the care label. Anything with a circle symbol on the label should go to our dry cleaning counter instead.

Common questions

Can I ask you to keep whites and colours separate?
Yes. Just tell us at the counter when you drop off. We will run them as two separate washes. The price is the same — you just pay for the total weight across both bags.
What if something is not ready in time?
We will call you if there is a problem. If your laundry is not ready by the time we agreed, we will not charge you for that wash. This rarely happens.
Do I need to sort my laundry before I bring it in?
No. Bring it as it is. We sort it at the counter.
Can I drop off in the evening for the next day?
Yes. Drop off any time before we close and we will have it ready by 5pm the following day. The minimum charge applies.
Do you collect laundry from home?
Not at the moment. You need to bring it in to the shop. We are at 12 Park Street, Bristol BS1 5QA.
